Competitive Pay & Benefits: Up to £33,000 + service charge (approx. £2,000 p.a.).

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in your designated kitchen section.
- Maintain quality standards for every dish and ingredient.
- Monitor portion sizes and waste control to optimize profit margins.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
- Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining precision.
- Organizational and time management expertise.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable).
- Must provide own knives.
