Ideally, you will have experience within a 1/2 Michelin star restaurant or Hotel.
The successful candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail, dedicated customer service skills and the ability to help craft an exceptional Food and Beverage team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the running of the Restaurant
- Training and development of the team
- Development and maintenance of operating standards
- Ensure bar stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies.
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of all aspects of operation by developing and implementing cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures.
Candidates should be:
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Wine knowledge is desirable.
