Restaurant Manager – Independent French Bistro –  Central London 
Salary 45k per annum
Hours – Mon to Fri Days Nights  with occasional weekends
Ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of French Cuisine ( Preferable FRENCH )

We are offering a wonderful opportunity for Restaurant Manager to join a beautiful French restaurant in the heart of the City of London.
Having been established for over 30 years, the gorgeous dining room and events space offers guests a wonderful setting for a business lunch, romantic dinner or a large party in their amazing loft space.

Benefits – Restaurant Manager:

• Offer a basic salary inclusive of service charge up to £45,000
• Provide you with lots of training, guidance, and support
• Offer amazing hours Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday 
• The restaurant is closed for two weeks over Christmas
• Very few late nights – the restaurant closes at 11:00pm

The Role as a Restaurant Manager:

• Being responsible for the smooth service of the busy restaurant.
• Closing and locking up the business.
• Providing training to the waiting staff team to enhance their service knowledge.
• Becoming a great ambassador for the restaurant and getting to know the locals.
• Supporting with team briefings pre-service.
